We guarantee studying on a variety of levels in all our educational offers. Knowledge means, making up one’s mind, questioning approaches and gaining awareness. It is all about clarifying data, facts and background information, coming up with logical correlations and expanding one’s horizon of knowledge and awareness.

This happens didactically in presence as well as online through keynote speeches, diagloues and the development of questions in peer groups, as well as through utilization of illustrative material such as texts, presentations and films.

We activate feelings through the body so that strength, joy and energy arise for the implementation of the newly gained knowledge. In connection with deeper levels of being, the participants explore and differentiate what authentically suits their own needs, willingness and will to implement. Spaces for the development of mindfulness are made available. Didactically this happens, for example, through the integration of dialogues, mediations, yoga and breathing exercises, guided body experience or music.

The connection of knowledge and competence development prepares for the lived experience. Partly during training, partly later at work. This enables a substantiated reflection: What can I implement in my daily practice and how? This is where the learning experience is deeply anchored because the specific requirements at the workplace set the framework for personal development. We also support these steps through online learning formats, coaching, mentoring, shadowing, peer-to-peer case advice or the exchange of experiences after the modules. The experience and internalization of content on all these levels is what we understand as learning. Tonly when the basis for the actual change  is created, newly learned concepts can actually be implemented sustainably. We also have your back in the final stage of implementation in the form of an extensive follow-up offer, direct personal contact and process advice. Seminars are part of our offer.
